Credit card

The card payment system is integrated on the site. After selecting the “Card” payment, it will open the fields for entering card data. Card and owner information is not stored on our servers.

Diners and Premium Visa cards can also be paid in installments. Choose a installment number, from two to six. Costs will be calculated according to your choice, and your card will be debited successively every month according to the number of installments selected. The minimum amount for installment payment is EUR 35.

The purchase was made after successful card authorization. If the system refuses to authorize your card payment, choose one of the alternative payment methods. We have no information about the causes of card refusals, they may be of a technical or business nature.

Payment on our website is secure! We use the CorvusPay system, which is known thanks to its own Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) software, which enables card payments in webshops as part of the CorvusPay service.

When paying on our webshop, please use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of payment cards via the Internet. CorvusPay ensures the complete confidentiality of your card data from the moment you enter it in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment information is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to CorvusPay system employees. The isolated core independently transmits and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.

The form for entering payment data is provided with an SSL transport code of the highest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay meets all the requirements related to the security of online payments prescribed by leading card brands, ie operates in accordance with the standard – PCI DSS Level 1 – the highest security standard of the payment card industry. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, your bank, in addition to the validity of the card itself, additionally confirms your identity using a token or password.
Corvus Info considers all collected information as bank secret and treats it accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely secure, and its privacy is guaranteed by state-of-the-art security mechanisms. Only data necessary to perform the work in accordance with the prescribed demanding procedures for online payment are collected.

The security controls and operating procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the current reliability of the CorvusPay system. In addition, by maintaining strict access control, regular security monitoring and in-depth checks to prevent network vulnerabilities, and the planned implementation of information security provisions, they permanently maintain and improve the level of system security by protecting your card data.

Goods are delivered exclusively to the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia, all EU member states, as well as  Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Norway, Canary Islands, Ukraine, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Customs costs

The cost of customs clearance for delivery of consignments to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Ukraine, Canary Islands is 26 EUR (calculated by the value of the exchange rate on the day of delivery), and the above mentioned shipping costs are increased as the item CUSTOMS AND OTHER COSTS
Additional information on delivery to SWITZERLAND AND LIECHTENSTEIN

The documents accompanying the shipment for legal entities are required to indicate the UID number and for natural persons it is possible to use the fix ad hoc number “CHE222259895”.

Delivery conditions to islands within the EU

Upon receipt of an order relating to the islands listed on the DPD carrier’s official website, the above costs will be added to the order received from the buyer. After that, a new order will be again forwarded to the buyer, with the additional costs indicated.

We ship the goods abroad the same day upon receipt of payment. We ship goods by DPD. If you want delivery to another delivery service please contact us further. Abroad we do not offer a delivery option on delivery.

For packages over 1.60 m in length, shipping costs may be increased. In case of any increase in shipping costs, our customer service will contact you before billing and delivery.

When we receive your order, we will place the goods ordered for delivery to DPD Croatia or GLS.

Delivery time

The packages are carefully packed and the delivery is trying to fulfill all expectations. However,  deliveries to larger cities within Croatia can take from 1 to 3 business days, while deliveries to smaller towns in Croatia may take 5 to 8 business days, and delivery to the islands is made according to the carrier’s schedule.

NET d.o.o. does not bear responsibility for delays of the carrier in delivery of goods.

Once we deliver the goods to the delivery service, we will send you a shipment number to your email address so you can check its status at the delivery service address. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence the further delivery speed and possible complications associated with the delivery itself by the delivery service.
For each shipment, the recipient certifies and signs the delivery note upon receipt of the shipment. Pursuant to the provisions of the Obligations Act, the consignment note is certified by the consignee as having been delivered in undamaged condition and after that the carrier has been relieved of any subsequent liability.
If the recipient does not exist at the specified address or the address is unknown, the delivery service will attempt to contact the recipient to agree on the exact time and possibly another delivery address. In case of failure to deliver, the shipment is returned to us.
We are committed to delivering your order in a timely manner, provided that you have filled out your information in full accuracy and truth.
The goods covered by DPD / GLS Croatia  will be shipped according to the schedule in the table, and all other islands not covered by DPD / GLS will be shipped via HP.

GLS Croatia reserves the right to change the “Delivery Schedule to Islands and Small Towns” without notice in case of technical difficulties or force majeure.

In addition to online, you can also order fast delivery goods by phone. The NET d.o.o. team is ready to receive your orders on the phone 00385 40 343233 from 8 am to 12 pm from Monday to Friday. We will record all your wishes, carefully pack and deliver the package to your doorstep within 1 to 3 business days.
* We do not deliver any goods on Sundays and public holidays
For security reasons, we currently only accept card payments (debit and credit cards).

This is ideal when you have a little more shopping to do and don’t have time to search and explore. Everything will be waiting for you already.

The process is very simple:

1. Insert the desired products into the virtual cart and confirm the option “personal package download”.

2. Follow these simple steps on the web shop and you’ll receive an inbox confirmation that your order has been received. You will also receive information on the time of package pickup, at what time will your package waiting for you in our warehouse. It will be approximately 5-8 hours to 1 day from when your order arrives to inbox.

3. If the order is shipped late or off-hours, the exact time when the package will be ready will also arrive in your inbox.

4. Your order will be saved, but if you wish to change it, it is possible before the order is confirmed.
